We are seeking a motivated and experienced Technical Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment, a keen eye for talent, and a passion for connecting people with opportunities. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to join our growing team.

Job Location: Thokar Niaz Baig, Lahore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Source, screen, and interview candidates for technical roles including software engineers, developers, data scientists, and IT professionals.
• Utilize various recruiting platforms, social media, and job boards to identify and engage potential candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate subsequent interview stages.
• Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
• Provide a positive candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in technical recruitment.
• Strong understanding of technical roles and the technology industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
