This role involves ensuring efficient use of resources, meeting project timelines, and supporting overall business objectives. The ideal candidate will collaborate with various departments, forecast resource needs, and provide insights to enhance planning and decision-making.

• Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements.
• Job Description Development: Work with teams to create and update job descriptions aligned with business needs.
• Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with departments to anticipate future resource needs and maintain planning tools.
• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate resource plans and potential challenges to relevant teams.
• Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports on resource utilization and project progress, offering insights for improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Evaluate and enhance resource planning processes for better efficiency.

• Strong analytical,
