Job vacancy Distribution Incharge

We are looking for an experienced Distribution Incharge who has experience in distribution operations for Lahore region managed from our Johar town Lahore Head Office. 

• Manage and oversee daily distribution activities for the Lahore region from our head office.
• Ensure timely dispatch of products and coordinate deliveries to meet customer and business requirements.
• Monitor and maintain accurate stock levels, minimizing shortages and surpluses.
• Supervise the loading/unloading operations, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with production, sales, and accounts teams to ensure efficient operations.
• Maintain detailed records of stock movements, dispatches, and vehicle usage.
• Optimize vehicle routing for timely and cost-effective deliveries across Lahore.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on distribution performance, stock levels, and vehicle management.
• Implement inventory control measures to reduce discrepancies and enhance stock accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational guidelines during distribution activities.
