Review of Macquin's International

I am Dr. Shahab Masroor of Masroor Hospital Nazimabad. I would like to bring to the notice of concerned department at Macquin, that the distilled water prepared by them contains enough infection, or infectious material that once an injection is diluted in that distilled water, the patient who recieves it is bound to suffer from severe chills and usually followed by high grade fever, which adds to the agony of the suffering patient.
I would strongly recommend withdral of all those distilled water.
