Review Pathetic service

Been calling the service center for over a week but no one is picking up after such a pathetic service. My washing machine was only partially fixed but the major issue still remains.
Hani- the employee responsible for answering calls initially kept telling me to call back after 10 mins when I told him my complain but no one answers now and the machine is still not working.
