Question for VISION PRINTERS & GRAPHIC DESIGNER

I hope you are enjoying good health. I need some information. I got job in one of the multinational company in Kinshasa. Company did not provide me Visa. Can you guide me what is the procedure to get entry in DRC and how much time taken by Visa process. I came to know there is no embassy in Pakistan. Is Visa get on arrival?
