Question for VISION CARE CENTRE

We've a patient whose eyes operation took place 4 years ago, lens were putted in his eyes as a a result of weak eye sight, now after 4 years he's having problem again for eye sight what could be the reason can the doctor tell us as we want to visit vision care for his treatment ?
