Question for PARAMOUNT PUBLISHING ENTERPRISE

I want to publish my book on Construction Standards for Medium Voltage Network.This book will be helpful for Power Engineer,Architects and Town Planners. I already have completed draft(Word format) including 25 Drawings( developed in auto cad).Kindly guide me for way forward.
