Question for Csm Institute Of Graduate Studies

Respected Sir,
I had done my MBA in year 1996 and got transcript. My Roll number was S-94/652-MBA. However, I didn't get the degree. Would you please be so kind to guide, how can i receive the degree. Please also confirm, if the degree would be accredited by HEC. Thanks.
