Question for ZAIC STUDENT CONSULTANT

Have portughal embassy pakistan hired a law firm for authenticate students documents and if yes how much it cost.as portughal embassy has no student visa fee, someone told me that law firm will call you and ask for authentication charges on behalf of embassy.can you help me in this regard is it true or not.
