Question for ARAMEXSMS COURIERS (PVT) LTD.

I have an inquiry from Pakistan I can send my passport to Abu Dhabi for visa stamp?
If I can what is the term and conditions I heard that the Govt. of Pakistan not allowed to send passport by courier to outside Pakistan.
Please clarify along with courier fee. ASAP
