Waves Singer Pakistan - Lahore

In 1850, I. M. Singer & Company was established in Boston, USA when Isaac Merritt Singer manufactured the first ever sewing machine. In 1853, the company was renamed to Singer Manufacturing Company, and its factory was relocated to New York. Singer then expanded into the Indian sub-continent in 1877. Following the independence of Pakistan, Singer continued to sell sewing machines and began to expand into domestic consumer appliances and light engineering products. In 1985, the company became publicly listed.

In 2017, Singer Pakistan acquired Cool Industries (Pvt) Limited, and the combined company was renamed Waves Singer Pakistan Limited. Today, Singer Pakistan has 140 retail stores across Pakistan, offering a wide range of products including refrigerators, air conditioners, LED TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens, water heaters, gas ovens, and of course, sewing machines.
