General Contractor
When acting as your General Contractor of choice AcroEnterprizes is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of the construction site, and management of the various vendors and trades.
Before starting a job, AcroEnterprizes will visit and assess the site. As a result of this, we can then generate an estimate taking into account the cost of materials, the equipment needed, and the cost of labor which we will then use to provide the owner with an approximate price for the project.

Construction Manager
AcroEnterprizes has a standing history of successful Construction Project Management. As the design progresses through the various design stages, the AcroEnterprizes will prepare elemental cost plans which will be used to report changes and variations in the anticipated cost, allowing for timely decisions on additions or deletions to the design while maintaining the initial program budget. Prior to tender, the elemental cost plan will again be reviewed and this pre-tender estimate will be used to evaluate bids received.
