There will be no fee on senior leadership hiring (from Department Heads/GMs to Director Level), while ensuring 100% successful hiring within the agreed time frame
Relationship Manager will be assigned for Talent Mapping (from Department Heads/GMs to Director Level)
Any required position by THE ORGANZATION below the level of Department Heads/GMs and Director Level will be placed @ 50% of one-gross
