We as an organization consisting of quality management, professional staff working in accordance to the training need of the Province/Country having a string conception with regards to the training need and its importance. HECR&D is assisting remote areas of the country in providing quality educational services by setting up community base training centers in information technology, which helps bringing needed socio-economic changes. It is merely a direct enactment of the ethical commitment of professionals towards the quality of life for the underprivileged masses in the rural and urban under the changing scenario of the Country.
