Close check on distributor supplies and stock levels.
Close check on distributorÂ’s sales persons and their orders procurement.
Keep the senior management updated on the issues related with Field Force / Sales / Distribution / Competitors and any other pertinent matter.
Implementation of marketing / sales strategies through SPOs.
