Review Fraud agency

I purchased tickets fr them but they charged me with higher class fare and gave booked ticket in low class I came to kn this when I went to the airlines office before going to the airline office I called them to change but they were asking for three times more charges pls don't buy through these agents and agencies like travel channel fare maker
