Great, supportive culture - the team I work with are all lovely and non-pretentious. Opportunity for growth within the company. Management and head office listen and seem genuinely interested to hear feedback from staff. Customers are usually nice and polite. Opportunities to claim shifts and work across various sites. Good, thorough introductory training and training when new products are released.
