Review Absolutely Rubbish!

Absolutely awful and unprofessional! I have used them a total of three times and each time I have had problems. Items don't arrive on time, they were very very widely from the items advertised, and their delivery service to certain cities is absolutely atrocious. I sent gift packages for my in-laws in Kashmir who were called THREE DAYS before the date specific delivery I had paid extra for, thus ruining the surprise, and then they were asked to meet the delivery man in another City two hours away because it was too far for him to come!!! Why advertise that you deliver to that city in Pakistan?!

Customer service was great until I complained at which point (on all 3 occassions) they would read whatsapp messages and ignore you, not reply to calls or emails, and this last time members of their team would get mouthy and rude if you left comments on their Facebook page. The first two times I ended up having to involve a friend in Karachi to get anywhere in contact attempts.

Never never NEVER again will I use such a troublesome, third rate, joke of a company! Id give zero stars if I could. Avoid them if you don't like headaches!!
