Review Will never buy again online

During their summer sales i bought two three piece suits. The first surprise i got was during the checkout, the colours of suits were entirely different than the ones listed and the description was misleading too: The pink one was listed as ferozi and mustard one as cream and one of the two suits was a two piece (shalwar and kameez) while the description listed it as a three piece. I was confused but i proceeded anyways because i really wanted to experience and try to trust them. So without knowing what colour would i actually receive i continued to the payment step. I was taken aback when no secure option like paypal or payza was listed. I gave them all of my contact information and everything and finally was done paying, at the end a pop up window opened which informed me of my order number and nothing much. I didn't pay attention to it since i thought i'd be receiving it by e-mail anyways. But i was wrong, no comfirmation e-mail, no receipt was given to me. This is so unprofessional, they atleast should've gave a warning that you won't be receiving anything so save this order number. Anyways my order arrived quickly but i received a mustard colour and the ferozi one which was supposed to be pink in the original picture was just dupatta and shalwar. So i contacted them via phone and was able to explain them my order after giving them all of my contact information attached to the parcel again and long story short they told me to contact them via e-mail and the person behind e-mail told me to contact them via phone..... After alot of energy wasted they never contacted me back or replied me.
