Review of dotclub printer

I just received a mug I ordered from dot printers, and I'm utterly disappointed. The quality of the mug is terrible, and it was packed so poorly that it couldn't survive the delivery. Its handle was broken into FOUR pieces, and judging by the torn wrapper around the mug, it looks like it was in this condition when it was packed!!
And the print isn't like i asked for. They didn't adjust the image, like they should have, they just stretched it all over the mug, like a huge weird something!
The customer service is terrible too, they don't do anything right, don't respond to messages on time, or take your request seriously. I was actually asked to google custom printed mugs when I asked for a picture of a mug printed by them for quality check.
