Job offer: Accounts & Taxation Intern

We are thrilled to offer an internship opportunity for an ambitious candidate to join our team as a Tax Intern. As an intern in our Tax Department, you will gain hands-on experience and contribute to various aspects of tax-related tasks, setting the stage for a promising career in the field.
 
Key Internship Responsibilities:

• Assisting in the preparation and filing of monthly sales tax returns (Federal and Provincial).
• Learning the ropes of Income Tax Return preparation and filing.
• Supporting the team in the preparation and filing of quarterly advance tax working.
• Gaining experience in the preparation and E-filing of Withholding Tax Statements.
• Assisting in ensuring compliance with notices/audits/orders from Federal or Provincial authorities, including data compilation, review, and submission within tight deadlines.
• Engaging in any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.

Qualifications:

The candidate's education is ICMA part qualified, PIPFA part qualified, ACCA part qualified, B.Com, and should have basic literacy of MS Excel.
