Baluchistan Wheels is a state-of-the-art manufacturing plant boasting a covered area of 16,000 square meters and 97,000 square meters of land. It is equipped with advanced facilities including material preparation line, heavy and light duty rim lines, a press line with presses up to 1500-ton capacity, an assembly and welding line with CO2 and submerged arc welding machines, two conveyorized paint shops with seven-stage pretreatment systems, and a Cathodic Electro Deposition painting process using Kansai Paint Co. Japan's latest paints. Pickling and oiling shot blasting, tool and die making, repairing, and quality testing/inspection are among the specialized facilities available. Baluchistan Wheels is capable of producing a wide range of wheels for passenger cars, commercial vehicles, agricultural tractors, and 4x4 vehicles.
