The program creates a safe environment which the client computers use their applications as if nothing else was installed. Inside the environment, all the data files are encrypted and decrypted automatically and transparently. If, somehow, it does leak out of the company, the file is useless as you cannot decrypt the file to see the information inside. You do not have to worry about whether the files are transferred out, hacked, or trojan/ malware affected as the information inside the file cannot be viewed.
